Fast Food 4 - When?

Back in October 2012 you mentioned your 2 new DVD's - Shopping School, which was released soon after that, and the next cooking video. That one was supposed to come out before the end of last year, then you said it was delayed until early 2013.

Any idea when this one will be released?

I know you've had a very busy year and expect next year to be even busier, but a lot of us are still really looking forward to this one. Please say all the kinks have finally been ironed out and it'll be here soon. Pretty please?

We just finished putting the final edits on the DVD and we are working on the packaging.

Hopefully, it will be out in November.
