Avocado and Tomato Pasta Salad
By Heather McDougall
This delicious and simple salad can be served hot or cold but I think my mom and I like it best cold. The success of this dish really depends on the freshness of the avocados and tomatoes you use, making summer the perfect time of year to enjoy this salad. This dish is easy enough for teenagers to make and enjoy by themselves.
