Medical Implications for Common Health Problems

I don't consider that the standard medical practice of today is stunningly effective for most of the diseases from which the American people suffer. Nevertheless, you must do your best to evaluate each kind of therapy that's recommended to you, including the approaches I use, according to its own merits. If you are considering being treated by surgery, medications, or by any other method, then weigh these factors:
  1. The potential benefits from the treatment
  2. The possible risks, the side effects, and the after effects of the treatment
  3. The consequences--or the merits--of doing nothing
  4. The alternatives to the recommended therapy
  5. The comparable costs in effort, time, and money of each approach
Select an ailment from the list on the right to learn more about it.
