  Our fast-paced way of life forces many people out of their own kitchens. But, someone has to make your meals. With a little effort you will be able to find restaurants that will do a pretty decent job with your dietary needs – but you must be insistent: "pure vegetarian (vegan) and no added oil." Be sure you get plenty of starch on your plate or you will not be satisfied.
