Do you get so you don't have so much gas after awhile eating beans all the time?

I like to use canned beans because of the convenience, but even after years of eating them, I still get gas from them. But I solved that problem by draining and rinsing the beans really really well in a collander, then putting them in a saucepan with water to cover and boiling for a few minutes, then draining an rinsing again. No more toot toot!

Beans at first used to do it for me. It's awful quiet around here now that I eat them regularly.

Celery, however is another story. I don't eat it very often. As a single person, that bunch of celery goes bad before I can eat it all, so I don't buy it that often. For the last few days I've eaten a Veggie Creole dish with losts-O-celery and YOSWER! isalli'msayin'
