Congratulations - that is great! I love the fact that I'm no longer addicted to Diet Coke. I still remember the headache, though. Zevea looks good - TOO good. I'm sure that I would be addicted in a day, so I'll stay away. I like sodium free club soda with a splash or Pom juice. It is so good. I have also recently started to make iced Yogi Ginger Tea - it's really good! Take care, LauraA

I LOVE Yogi ginger tea, I will have to give it a try...

I gave my pop YEARS ago, simply because I did not like the idea of putting all those chemicals in my body. Now, when I drink anything carbonated, my belly swells up so I look like I'm 9 months pregnant (And I'm tiny!) I think I should just stay away!

Chocolate is going to be hard for me, but I am determined to stick to the elimination diet...As for getting off it improving your moods, I have had years of anxiety/depression relieved after stopping eating cohocolate, after a couple of days! Maybe that's what was bothering me?

I'll be off to the 10 day program in a couple days & I'm not bringing any chocolate with me. So sorry.
Anyway, I wonder if they'd confiscate it.
