A few months ago I tried to send someone to Barbra LaPointe's bio

http://www.drmcdougall.com/stars/star08 ... ointe.html

and saw it was gone. Today I was writing a message about Jan Tz and her wonderful quickbreads and was trying to link to her Star McDougaller page, From Lent to A Lifetime, and see that her bio is gone from the Star McDougall page now, too. Unless it's hidden somewhere and I just don't see it, that is.

Is there anyway these can be returned to the web site? Their stories are so inspiring and I don't why they would have been removed.

Using the dropdown, I found Jan's listed:

I didn't find Barbara's, but isn't that the one where Dr. McDougall wrote in the sidebar about offering the curriculum to those interested in teaching his principles? Maybe that's not in the near future and he pulled it off for the time being.

Thanks for finding it. I looked at that list in the drop-down for 15 minutes, even calling another person over to also look, just in case it was right in front of me and I just couldn't see it, and she didn't find it, either.

Hmm, I wonder if someone from Dr. McDougall's place did something between then and now, as I see some of the others that weren't there yesterday, like Uncle Buck and Rich. When we looked yesterday there were around 20 names, today there's over 50. If they did - Thank You! If they were there all along and for some reason my computer didn't "see" them - sorry about that.

(e.t.a.)
The comments on Barbra's bio were about the National Weight Control Registry, how the successful participants reported eating around 1400 calories of low fat foods and exercising off an additional 400 calories' worth each day.
