This is my journal of an unprocessed month of February. So, why is it here and not under the Journal topic? I'm going to adhere to MWL - that should qualify!
I've done this a couple of times before. The first time a few years back as part of a group challenge. I'm going to eat as close to "whole" as I can for the month. I'm going to record what I eat daily. I'm going to weigh myself every day (except that I forgot to this morning). I know there's differing opinions on frequency of weighing, but daily works for me.
Why is this month different than the way I always eat? I've been eating bread lately. When I was a SAD eater, and you asked my what my favorite food was, "toast" would have been the reply. Of course, back them toast meant toast and butter, sometimes with jelly. I no longer eat butter, I still seem to really like toast. When I say toast, I mean
these Ezekiel english muffins.
Also, I've put on a few pounds during this pandemic. Time to tighten up the program!
