S - apple
L - Amy's teriyaki bowl, spinach, pretzels
S - popcorn
D - Hans Diehl's pasta stir-fry (w/brown rice instead of pasta), wine

Breakfast....rice with pineapple and blueberries.

Lunch...snap meal with rice

Dinner...potatoes and veggies

Water and tea to drink

B- GF corn flakes, 1/2 banana, lite almond milk

S- 1 slice of GF, egg free, oil free chocolate cake, coffee substitute

L- Leftover baked beans, mashed potatoes, coleslaw

S- GF, oil-free, egg-free pizelle, hot tea

D- Mexican Lasagna (from the McDougall Quick & Easy cookbook), salad

30 minutes stationary bike
30 minute walk
