Maybe, if I post what I eat, and be honest about it, we can see if I am eating a healthy diet or not? I'm not sure if anyone here is willing to help, but here it goes!
It was nice to read "The Starch Solution" because he reminded me of a very important point: Eat your starches. So, I put a bigger emphasis on rice than on veggies and beans. So, I am filled up on less food and for longer!
Also, during my work day (for the summer only) where I get no lunch break, I have steamed (skinless) potatoes with salt, pepper, and cayenne, it really gets me through the day!
So, here goes nothing!
B: Rice, beans, veggies, chipotle tomato sauce
D: Decaf earl grey x2 w/ sugar and almond milk
L: Potatoes (2 cups) peeled and steamed, with salt, pepper, and cayenne
D: Chocolate mint rooibos tea w/ sugar and almond milk, water
S: Vega vibrancy bar
D: Same as breakfast
D: Rooibos tea w/ sugar and almond milk and chocolate mint rooibos w/ sugar and almond milk
S: 2 dried figs
E: 10 minutes "Foundation" training
