OK, here goes:

Oh let's face it, I have no mad skilz when it comes to managing photos on a computer. I am defeated!

Trying again on Monday:

There I go. I had to export a different size out of danged iPhoto (the one starting with 100).

I am a bit intimidated by the whole "adding picture"thing.

What a nice picture of you - I am glad to have a face to match with the person :-D

Oh, never mind, still gigantic. I think I'm going to have to find a new "before" pic, so they a re somewhat similar...it's like it lost weight, but grew massively, like Alice in Wonderland!!

That is an amazing transformation into a now beautiful woman. I hope you will write your story for Dr. M. One thing that I was very impressed with is your weight graph. That shows a story of long term adherence, with the weight tracking downwards into to healthy range where it starts to level. A graph like that really shows that you were doing things right. Congrats. It is a great example, and how wonderful it would be if everybody could get see their weight graph move like that.

Excellent story! If you can do it in Alaska, you can do it anywhere.
Thee are going to be a lot of people that want to know your "secrets." I think I know but I'll be standing by to hear.

Your smile in the after picture says it all - look at how you are glowing, so healthy and beautiful compared to your before one. Congratulations

Wow, Bob, Jim and Vegankit! Thank you so much! I am trying to get my story together, but life (plumbing, HR issues at work, and stuff) are slowing me down.

What you said, Jim, about "doing it in Alaska" is so true. Dr. M's (well, Mary's) recipes of good, filling, warm food is what attracted me to this way of eating, after so many weight-loss plan's emphasis on cold salad--I have always been cold, and nothing is filling or comforting about a cold salad, even with a steak on the side! But brown rice and potatoes with a vegetable sauce--now, that's heaven!
