Well, the results are in. When I started this thread, I told you that my cholesterol was 142 a couple of weeks ago and my triglycerides were fairly low. I checked my records and a couple of weeks ago my cholesterol was 148. Below are my most recent results of blood work. I knew I had been cheating and this is the reason I started on the Free Program.

I am pleased and happy about a portion of the results. I lost 5.4 lbs.

in my waist. I am disappointed in the blood work and plan to continue on with the plan. I would like to maintain my cholesterol below 150 and get my weight down to 175 – 179 range.
I had my blood work done on the morning of day 1 and had blood work done again the morning after 14 days on the program. Also, are the menus each day. I went without the diet sodas that I have been in a habit of drinking. I drank purified water, only. The results are below. The first number is day 1 and the second number is after 14 days.
