I'm working on the assumption that basically one piece of fruit = one of the two pieces allowed per day on the MWLP.
However, are there any greater and grander rules to determine what is a 'serve'. Since summer started this week (here in the southern hemisphere, anyway) I'm quite partial to mangoes at the moment. However, because of their size and their juiciness, on days when I have a mango I have no other fruit because I imagine it may be 'two serves' on its own.
Can anyone enlighten me?

I believe it's one medium fruit (no extra large apples), or one cup of cut up fruit or grapes. So it isn't much.
