I have returned to McDougall and being a vegan and lost 26 lbs. in just over a month.
I don't eat foods that kill me. I don't eat portions that kill. I exercise every day. I pray and read the Bible daily and I journal.

That's an amazing amount to lose in 1 month!! Congratulations!! You said you're "back" to McDougall and being a vegan. Did you do this before?
