are you trying to lose weight? peanuts are pretty high fat. Maybe make peanut butter a feast food, only once or twice a year.

ooh, but now i'm craving pnut butter toast! ack! laughing

the recommendation is to eat high fat foods such as nuts, seeds, avocadoes and olives only if you are not trying to lose weight.

Mike,
You've been around here for a long time back to the old board. No matter what the answer for anyone else might be, I suspect that you know you are playing with fire here.

What are your goals in regard to weight, health and fitness? If we know you goals, I think we can give you better advice.

He recommends the vegan diet with small snacks of almonds, peanuts and walnuts. I have been doing that and have lost 26 lbs. In just over a month.
