Peanut Butter

are you trying to lose weight? peanuts are pretty high fat. Maybe make peanut butter a feast food, only once or twice a year.
ooh, but now i'm craving pnut butter toast! ack!
the recommendation is to eat high fat foods such as nuts, seeds, avocadoes and olives only if you are not trying to lose weight. _________________ Blessings, Heidi
