Goodmorning! I'm sooo glad its Friday! We are going to a buffet dinner tonight.. We go out soo much its bad. But I'm definitly going to avoid the desserts this time! The dinner foods that are bad don't tempt me at all its only the dessert

B - Steel cut oats, soy/tea, banana
L - broccoli, Idk what starch I'll have
S - grape juice, watermelon, strawberries, vegan pumpkin muffin from a box
D - Buffet salad, potatos, veggies (I have to admit I'll probably have a plate from the mongolian grill there. Hopefully someone will speak english and I can ask them to use less oil)

Workout: I didn't end up taking that cardio class yesterday. I layed down to take a 20min nap and slept for 2 hrs! It was good for me though since I had biology class. Today I'm going to go to the 1hr weight lifting class

Have a great weekend everyone!!
