I love your attitude, even if you slip up you keep going with a positive attitude. I didn't end up making the gnocci yesterday, husband took me out to eat. We ate at Chili's. I had their bean burger( don't know if it was filled with fat, but I added a little more by adding avacado to it, I did scrap off the mayo though) Oh well still going forward.
B: oatmeal with agave nectar
L: rice pasta with basil pesto sauce, salad, 1 slice of rice bread
D: busy night so I might have "grilled" hummus sandwich, green smoothie, carrots
S:grapefruit, apple
E: 50 min. step aerobics
need to work on more potatoes and rice and less bread stuff.
