 Post subject: Whats Cookin and Whos Movin? 11/04?

Goodmorning! Yesterday was definitly not a success story but today will be I can feel it in my healthy bones!!

B - Steel cut oats, 2ozSoy/tea
L - Plate of veggies, garlic mashed potatos the rest of the spicy soup
D - Hashbrowns, Idk what else
S - Banana, apple, raspberries

I'm really looking forward to a day that isn't filled with events and studying so I can try this acorn soup I found a recipe for. I had a quize Monday, an Exam today, a quiz tomorrow and an Exam on Monday the 9th, LOTS of studying!! No time for cooking!

Workout: yesterday I didn't workout but today is going to the 1hr weight lifting class.

I love your attitude, even if you slip up you keep going with a positive attitude. I didn't end up making the gnocci yesterday, husband took me out to eat. We ate at Chili's. I had their bean burger( don't know if it was filled with fat, but I added a little more by adding avacado to it, I did scrap off the mayo though) Oh well still going forward.

B: oatmeal with agave nectar

L: rice pasta with basil pesto sauce, salad, 1 slice of rice bread

D: busy night so I might have "grilled" hummus sandwich, green smoothie, carrots

S:grapefruit, apple

E: 50 min. step aerobics

need to work on more potatoes and rice and less bread stuff.
