What's Cookin'?

Breakfast: oatmeal, raisins, unsweetened almond milk

Lunch: Picnic Beans Casserole (vegetarian baked beans, Lima beans, light red kidney beans, brown sugar, catsup)

Dinner: Black Bean and Corn Chili with Cornmeal Dumplings. Wish I had some fresh fruit to eat with this!

Breakfast: oatmeal with brown sugar and separately I snacked on Zima cherry tomatoes.

Lunch: Dilled carrots and split pea soup with frozen cherries for dessert.

Snack: - more of those juicy Zima cherry tomatoes.

Supper: Red potatoes with mushroom gravy, dilled carrots, frozen peas, asparagus spears with frozen cherries for dessert.

I love eating frozen cherries. :D
On 7/8/2013, I decided to change my diet to a "mostly" WFPB diet. I have always been somewhat lean and muscular due to being a lifelong exerciser. Change in diet due to feeling crummy all the time despite a healthy outward appearance. Image
