Below zero with bitter winds here in my corner of Minnesota. Need warm-up food today!
Breakfast: oatmeal with dried cranberries and almond milk
Morning snack: banana
Lunch: throw-together black bean soup in the little crock-pot (beans and potatoes and tomatoes seasoned with garlic, onions, cilantro, chili, and cumin)
Dinner: Deep Bayou Chowder, 12-grain bread on the side.
