Breakfast:steel-cut oats with one banana, 1/2 cup wild (frozen) blueberries, 1T ground flax seed
Lunch & Dinner: Harvest Bake, consisting of oven-roasted potatoes, carrots, parsnip, onions, garlic and cauliflower, with steamed kale on the side.
Snacks: handful of red grapes, herbal tea, sparkling water
