Daily menu (gluten-free)

Breakfast: 30 g GF oatmeal, 140 ml soy milk/ water w 1 tsp agave, cup of miso soup, green tea

Lunch: Potatoes, 'tuna' (chickpeas and capers mashed together) kale, broccoli, beetroot, lemon and salt dressing

Dinner: Rice, stir fry sauce (tamari, vinegar) garlic, ginger, spring onion, pak choi, bok choi, water chestnuts, peas, tofu

Snacks: Orange, apple, soy yogurt with blueberries and flaxseed, water

Breakfast: Same

Lunch: Potatoes, 'tuna', kale, broccoli, tomatoes

Dinner: Rice, aduki beans, teriyaki tofu

Snack: Apple, orange, water

Lunch: Sweet potatoes, butter beans, okra, green peppers, tomatoes, . Lettuce, sweetcorn, cucumber salad.

Dinner: Split pea soup

Snack: Apple

Yesterday
Breakfast: Soy yogurt. Broke my wrist before I got to finish breakfast.

Lunch:

Dinner: Baked potato, 'tuna', peas. Starch Solution brownies.

Today
Breakfast: Oatmeal, miso soup, green tea.

Lunch: Potatoes, lentils, veggies.

Dinner: Rice, Chinese vegetables, soy beans.

Snacks: Apples.

yesterday
breakfast: oatmeal, miso soup, green tea

lunch: baked potato, beans, salad

dinner: brown rice, aduki beans, spinach, broccoli, miso dressing

today
breakfast: same

lunch: potatoes, 'tuna', beetroot, salad

dinner: Chinese brown rice and sweet potatoes, spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, water chestnuts, tomatoes, snow peas, pak choi. Strawberries.

lol thanks.

I slipped in the bathroom before I'd finished breakfast. Just waiting for my oatmeal to cool down, went to get my brush from the bathroom, the floor was wet. Went flying! I had some McDougall brownies to cheer myself up. I have a Colles' fracture, so the bones had to be pulled back into place and reset.

lunch: potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, celery, beans, canned tomatoes, spices

dinner: Chinese sweetcorn soup- water chestnuts, spinach, bamboo shoots,tomatoes, rice noodles, tofu, soy sauce

snacks: apple, brown rice cakes

Lunch: Beet greens soup, baked potato with low fat hummus, corn on the cob, peas, beans. Water

Dinner: Brown rice with sweet potato. Stir fry- spinach, bamboo shoots, pak choi, choi sum, broccoli, aubergine, pineapple, edamame beans, sugar snap peas, carrots.

Snacks: Apple, rice cakes, water
