@12:30PM = 1 large bowl of oatmeal, , 2 tbs of walnuts, and 1/2 banana, green apple slices, BB's, + 1 cup steamed swiss chard greens

@5:00PM = brown rice, great northern beans, medium green leafy salad, several slices baked eggplant, baked russet potato wedges, 1/4 cup mushrooms

drink = water and small glass prune juice
On 7/8/2013, I decided to change my diet to a "mostly" WFPB diet. I have always been somewhat lean and muscular due to being a lifelong exerciser. Change in diet due to feeling crummy all the time despite a healthy outward appearance. Image

drink = water and a small glass of red wine

@6:30PM = just another big bowl of kale with a little vinegar, hot sauce, and honey mustard and a handful of peanuts. Not really hungry today. Did start to get hungry again at 11PM but will not eat anymore so my appetite will be better tomorrow.

drink = water
