@1:30AM = 1 large bowl of oatmeal, , 2 tbs of walnuts, and 1/2 banana, green apple slices, BB's, + 1 cup steamed kale greens.
@6:00PM = brown rice, pinto beans, medium green leafy salad, baked russet potato wedges, 1/2 baked sweet potato, 1/2 cup kale greens (same thing I had yesterday) but less quantity - not really hungry
drink = water and a small glass of red wine

On
7/8/2013, I decided to change my diet to a
"mostly" WFPB diet. I have always been somewhat lean and muscular due to being a lifelong exerciser. Change in diet due to feeling crummy all the time despite a healthy outward appearance.
