Summer Squashes with Green Chilies
3 medium zucchini, sliced
2 yellow crook-neck squash, sliced
1 onion, sliced and separated into rings
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 large ripe tomato, chopped
1 (7 oz) can green chiles
Sauté in a little water until the onion is cooked and the squashes are fork-tender.
