I have so many questions...First is we are all organic does that matter?
Also is corn good or not good? Same question with soy?
Almond milk yeah or nay?
I get a few things organic, most not.
Corn is fine in its original state (i.e., not corn OIL). Soybeans are fine. A small amount of tofu is OK unless you're on MWL. Avoid isolated soy protein (in processed veggie burgers, fake "meats," etc.).
Almond milk is pretty high in fat. Certainly avoid if on MWL. I stick with a small amount of fat free soy milk in my herb tea and recommend that you avoid using any of the "milks" as anything other than an occasional condiment.
