Yes, I think it would be great to have a place where there isn't any (started to say a lot-but think isn't any is best) whinning. "I ate this, I did that and I'm sick." You KNOW you are going to have reprecussions if you eat off this plan. We all know it is hard to go out to a breakfast restaruant and find ANYTHING to eat but so what???? Do we have to hear about it all the time. Let's focus on what is good and what is right and forget about the cry baby posts (at least here). We could be encouraging each other (those of us who are doing this correctly) and let the other people post where they exchange reciepts for off the plan foods, and their other personal agendas. It took me a long time to find the correct link here to get to what is RIGHT and not have to wade through all the other stuff. I do love the Star link but would love a link that is pure. Plus, I wouldn't mind those of us who are there kicking each other's butts when we whine. Information is good, whinning isn not.
Thanks f1jim for all the clairfications. I appreciate it.
So, go ahead and start to attack me. I'm ready......

I am trying to be a strict MCDougaller.
No bread, was eating ww but cut that out, but I do have small amounts of Whole wheat pasta and use with Jeff's recipes on his DVD.
No eggs, no cheese, very little fruit, no nuts, oils,
snacks are of oatmeal or small cooked potatoes.,
Iwill lose all this weight , I have no doubt, and I think that matters a lot, If you doubt you are defeating your purpose of losing the weight.
