Thanks Debbie. I am so impressed at how pretty DrMcdougall looks! Eating this way just shines through us.

I sent this link to my sister. She feels like something is "off" with my nephew. He was just kicked out of preschool daycare. She's not been taking my advice about the milk so far. She feels like if she buys the really expensive organic cows milk, she's doing the right thing. Her husband has gout, of all things he should be a plant based eater.

He does look great! I wonder why he doesn't wear a wedding ring, though . . .? I know some guys just refuse, LOL, but he doesn't strike me as that type!

I hadn't noticed that -- he does go windsurfing on a regular basis, maybe a ring is a hazard? A friend lost a finger hopping down off the bed of a farm truck when her wedding ring got caught on something.
