Hey everybody. Been a fan of this way of eating for 1+ year. Love it. It's here to stay.

Just curious if I could get a few daily menus from you guys (and gals) to see what types of food you eat to get the appropriate amount of calories. I find I struggle to get 1300 calories for my 6 foot tall frame, and that's with the inclusion of lots of nuts/ seeds (I average about 400 calories per meal maybe). Ideally, the more calories the better, but in a healthful way. I'm 29, have a history of cancer, so I'm kind of weary of adding lots of sugary items in the mix.

Beans, nuts, seeds, rice, etc. Just wondering what you all eat in a day, and how many calories per meal they offer. I need more ideas!
