 Post subject: almond milk question

I have 1 cup or a little over of almond milk with my cereal. It says 25 calories from fat, 30 calories (or 60 calories depending on the brand). Will the almond milk stall my weight loss? Would another type of plant milk be a better choice?

Everything else I eat is MWL pretty much, except the cereal I put the almond milk on.

I've been sedentary and am also going to try getting some more exercise which I know will help. I'm not much overweight but I want my 1-2 size smaller clothes to fit.
