Grill Pan in the Burgers & Fries DVD

Jeff, What brand is the grill pan I see you use in the DVD? Do you concern yourself with the aluminum issue?
If there is a thread on this already please push me in that direction and thank for all you do.
I loved learning how to form a perfectly shaped burger - as shown by you in the DVD. It's beautiful.

I don't know as we were in a friends house.

There were several pans we used. One was a cast iron and one was a non-stick. I don't know the brands.

At home I use stainless steel.
