Fell off wagon on weekend... :angry: struggling but decided this morning ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

I need to post every day to hold myself accountable....

Back later with menu :)

and need to exercise daily... :nod: starting that up again tonight!

3 weeks no coffee. Feels good to have a non racing heart! :D. BP has been good too, averaging 120/80, I'm sure this will decrease further with more changes, weight loss and exercise.

Honestly, I have been doing terrible. :duh: I am off the diet completely, but the reason I am still here is that I KNOW its the right diet for me. By diet I don't mean short term to lose weight. I know this is the right way to live. Stress, lack of sleep, working, commuting 2 plus hrs/day doesn't help. But no more excuses!!!

I am up to 170. :oops:

I am thinking about all the foods I love and can have on this diet to re motivate me.

Received the starch solution in the mail yesterday!!

Yesterdays food..

Grade A
Oatmeal
corn on cob
portabella mushroom "steaks"

Grade B
white pasta with basil pesto (happy herbivore) and cherry tomatoes & artichokes
white baguette

Grade D
2 glasses red wine

Grade F
hot wing pretzels - not low fat
hot chocolate

Went shopping yesterday and stocked my fridge with fruit and veg, and my pantry with fat free tomato sauce, more spices, veg broth, beans, brown rice, pasta, whole wheat bread. I am so excited that I started the regular program!!

mango
oats & blueberries
sprouted grain toast x2
strawberries

Grade B:
leftover pasta w/basil pesto, cherry tomato & artichokes
Homeade hot cocoa: cocoa, almond milk, sugar
"egg" spread made with chickpeas, silken tofu & half tablespoon (for the whole bowl I made) vegan mayo (served on the whole grain toast) w/green onion
Asian coleslaw - cabbage, carrot, veg broth, small amount of pb (happy herbivore)

Grade C:
glass of wine, fat free pretzels

Feels good to eat healthy!!!

B: Homeade hot cocoa, sprouted grain toast with chickpea spread
L: the last of the basil pesto pasta w/cherry tomatoes & artichokes
S: chickpea spread on 4 triscuits, pineapple, handful of cheerios, some baguette
D: ff pretzels with guacamole, 1 glass of wine

had breakfast at 9 and then didn't eat lunch and some snacks until 3 ish....going 6 hours without food is very unlike me :mrgreen:

Walked to the park and back with son, about 20 mins of walking.

Feeling good! Need more exercise though.....

L- chili beans on brown rice , topped with lettuce, salsa & a dab of guacamole
s- piece of sourdough (plain)
D- ff chow mein noodles with broccoli, mushrooms, green onion, bean sprouts, red pepper & teriyaki sauce
S- ff pretzels with guacamole, red wine

Walked a little today but not enough. Must move more!!

I'm wondering if something is wrong with my scale...WI: 163.8. :shock: :D

Last night, hubby had onion rings and a sourdough sandwich made with turkey, scrambled eggs ( 2 things I don't miss) and jalapeno havarti cheese (I LOVE cheese, especially spicy cheese) but I resisted!!! No cheese! I did have one small onion ring :| (vegan - home baked - but still has fat)... But resisting cheese was the toughest. I feel good about that.

B- Homeade cocoa, sprouted grain toast with chickpea spread
L- leftover ff veg chow mein, pretzels
D- shake n bake tofu, foccacia bread & a raspberry beer

This weekend will make it 4 weeks no coffee!!

S- chips (about 15ish) :( and half a plate of sweet potato fries (lf but still made with oil) strawberry daquiri x2

UGH I messed up ! I just wanted to eat and eat. Guess I didn't eat enough earlier in the day..

Time to get back on track... :nod:

B- cocoa made with almond milk, cocoa powder & sugar <3, chickpea spread on sprouted grain toast (cant get enough of this!!)
L- mashed potato patties w/ketchup, choc soy pudding cup (lf)
D- macaroni noodles with tomato sauce, mushrooms, onions, and a bit of veggie ground round, red wine

Walked to park and back (20 mins) and ran around a bit at park. Hoping energy levels will rise.

Will weigh in tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed!!

Not to shabby, and not surprised due to the slip up on the weekend. But I will take 5 pounds and run with it!! :D

D- green salad and 2 small baked red potatoes with salsa

*edit : got about 30 mins walking in

Plan on walking every break today, about an hour. Hoping to also get my butt on that elliptical trainer. Wish it ran smoother and was not an old manual one.... but it still works (sortove)!
