It's been too hot to eat :D Yesterday I had two iced coffees (not McDougall) and a pound of green beans nuked. Finally the scales moved!
18 months and 89 lbs. :lol: :lol: :lol:

eating potatoes with no salt spices and a little water to make a thin sauce. can't eat dry spuds.
also add frozen chopped greens

occationally grapes ....Keeping it simple :nod:

I've been making hash browns a lot. mmmmmm... and yes from Yukon golds. the best potatoes in my opinion.

So, of course, I had to buy 20 bags. Nice :nod:
It's cool on the back porch, so they should keep well.... but they'll probably be gone in a month.
