I have one question for you that is there any kind of natural recipe or treatment which helps me to increase my appetite because I try many ways to gain my weight but unable to get it. Thanks in advance!

Hey WoodrowLink,

For weight gain, eat more from the foods that are higher in calorie concentration such as whole grains, starchy vegetables, seeds and nuts, avocados and olives. This will decrease the volume-to-calorie ratio that people aspire to for weight loss.

Here is a McDougall newsletter addressing the question:

How Do I Gain Weight on the McDougall Diet? I’m Not Joking!
