i'm actually new to the forum but i've been following the diet for a month now. I just want to know if does anyone have any updates on the lupus starmcdougallers? Are they still following the diet? How are they doing now?

i'm asking these questions because just yesterday it was found out that i'm positive to lupus. (newly diagnosed)

Hoping to hear from the lupus star mcdougallers or even just updates. thank you and best of health to everyone.
