Why are the Discussion Boards so hard to find?

These boards are chock full of information and experience. Why are they two hard to find? I just accidentally
located them. Ive been struggling with the recipe app--- grocery list won't clear or update-- and came here to locate recipes.
Also how can I find the archives of the newsletters?
