Posted: Mon Oct 29, 2018 6:26 pmFor me, it took about three weeks, but I'm hypoglycemic, not diabetic, and I know it takes longer for others. I've seen stories from Dr. McDougall's 10-day program where people completely turned their numbers around in just that 10 days, so it depends on the person (and, probably, the level of compliance).

Do you know what your current fasting blood sugar is?
