I've just started starch solution/ WSLF again and finding my digestion is absolutely terrible (tmi: I'm almost never going to the bathroom!) breakfast: 1 cup oats, berries and an apple. Lunch: two small sweet potatoes, spinach, carrot, black beans, cucumber and peas. Dinner: rice, spinach, beans, spinach, corn and cucumber.
Before starting starch solution/ WSLF I was going an elimination diet and my digestion was amazing! Could it be just my body adjusting as I wasn't eating beans? I also exercise 4 x a week and drink 2-3L a day.
