Hi there,

Can anyone confirm that the following eating plan is 100% compliant to Mary Mini-McDougall diet :

- Potaoes ( sweet and white) - mostly grilled
- Vegies ( either steamed, water stir fried or prepared in tomato juice/purée)
- Condiments ( all fat free and no sugar)

(for details refer to my daily journal under McFruitarian Journal 2012 in Journal forum)

If not compliant, please make recommendations.

Thanks in advance.

Be careful with the condiments. Make sure you fully understand the term "fat-free" and understand all the games that are played with that term. Also be sure that a condiment item stays a condiment and doesn't become a major source of calories. Since this is about losing weight this will be important.

Thank you.

Very good point f1jim. I noticed that I tend to ...salad dressing.
