Congrats on your success! I'm curious to see if you had a VAP Cholesterol study? Did your doctor by chance go over your Lp (a), LDL3, VLDL3 and HDL-3? I've also dropped my overall cholesterol considerably but have noticed that the cholesterol that I do have is the bad stuff. Including the HDL's. My HDL's were 51 but 40 of them are considered "less protective / small dense particles". I also saw that my LDL's are majority small dense and Lp (a) increased.
This is pretty concerning to me.
