I hit 180 lbs today from a high in July 2013 when I started of 206 lbs. Eating a ton of tasty starch-based foods and loving it. I can't remember the last time I was in the 170s, not even in most of high school plus I have more muscle now as I've been doing a little bodyweight training. I am very sedentary right now with the winter cold here in Canada and in general so it's great to achieve this level of health without a ton of exercise. Many people lose weight on exercise and when they stop it all comes back.

Congratulations! It must feel great not only to have lost the excess weight but also to know that you are doing all the right things for your health and quality of life.

I live in Canada as well and although we have plenty of snow for winter sports activities, I have not done half as much cross country skiing or snowshoeing as I did last year due to the extreme cold this winter. Actually, it's quite depressing to be indoors so much. Thank goodness I belong to a great gym and have a trip to Florida coming up in a few weeks!
