Debbie, what a great post and great testimonial! Love the pictures--I wish I could do those more easily! How are you doing in brick-shedding since January? Great, I hope! My weight loss slowed down to about 3/4 of a pound per week in my last 6 months or so...do NOT let slow progress discourage you! Progress is progress!! Good for you!

What a great write up about your journey! The photos are a wonderful addition! Perseverance is key, I have to keep reminding myself that; the slope can be so slippery sometimes, and hard to cliimb back up!

Debbie, what an awesome story. It makes me realize how important it is to stay the course. Today I finally crossed the line from morbidly obese to just obese. Not where I want to end up but it is the first time that I have seen that weight in years and years. I have had a tough time the past eight months but I didn't gain anything back so that in itself is an accomplishment. Congratulations and I hope you are still going strong. Let us know - we're proud of you!
