Thanks Geeneeus1 for sharing in detail. I shall be looking for your recipes in the food section.
I also prepare chai with plant milks. You may want to try oat chai in addition to soy chai. Get the oat milk from Pacific: from Whole Foods or Amazon. I have found that oat milk chai tastes better.

Brilliant - will do, thanks. It took a lot of getting used to soy milk so I look forward to trying oat milk.

I would really like your recipes for baked samosas and the Indian bread. Love your story! I enjoy a lot of spice, too, and Indian food is my favorite.

Thanks for the detailed response. It wasn't rambling at all.
I thought it was interesting that you are using ceramic to cook. Since I took oil out of the equation, I want to use my one ceramic-coated pan for everything! It just works better. Unfortunately it is actually a dutch oven, so it is huge & unwieldy. I need to find some smaller ceramic pans.
Congratulations - and I hope you continue to be successful.
PS - I can't wait to try the tofu pudding recipe! That sounds amazing.
