Back to my ideal weight

After watching Forks Over Knives towards the end of 2011, I decided that everything seemed to make sense to me and decided to change my eating habits. The McDougall quick and easy cookbook looked like a good start so I purchased it on Amazon and I've adhered to it close to 100% since the beginning of January.
My weight has since dropped from around 235 to 210 which I've always felt is a great number for me.
For the past 7-10 years My weight has fluctuated quite a bit usually in the 215-240 range. This is the first time in a long time though that I'm not nervous about going back up. I'm enjoying the food so much and can eat quite a lot without gaining which I think is critical for someone like me.
I do travel a little bit for work which makes it much harder but I've done pretty well despite it. My wife agrees with me that a whole foods plant based diet is ideal, but can't seem to get on board with it no matter how hard I try to support her.
I've loved reading all your posts here on the message board and thought I'd start out here and introduce myself.
