2 lbs away from my March Goal

This is sort of my first post, I have recently changed my lifestyle to one very similar of vegetarian. I modified it somewhat but really not really. Well anyway I started this journey Feb 29th (leap year) and decided to set a 15 lb target weight loss for the month of March and every month afterward until I'm at my target weight of 225-240.

As of yesterday I am 2 lbs away from hitting that 15 lbs goal and we still have 12 days left to go in this month. I am feeling great and I'm excited about the results Im seeing in just a short amount of time from giving up Wheat Products and Meat (Animal Products).

I also try to workout 4-5 times a week for an hour to hour and a half. The addition of two to three cardio sessions has proven to be a key part of my success thus far.
