I think it does have sugar. It is fat free, however (not low fat). I don't worry that much about a little added sugar--that's about the ONLY place I have it, as most of my other food is whole food.

I got to read your STAR story. Very good. With your love of horses I can't believe you got so heavy you couldn't ride them. It is sad that our mouths and desire to eat take away other things so important to us.

Great story. Thank you so much for sharing that. I feel like I can relate so much to many of the issues you had. I am also a very strict vegan and have a hard time with nuts and soy. I have been a vegetarian my entire life and since having my second baby last year-I have been a strict vegan. And a very overweight vegan! My ideal weight is around 120 and I am now 160 so I am hoping that I can make these positive changes and get back on track. Very inspired by your story! You look fab!

Geeze....I thought ETeSelle was beautiful even before she lost the weight! But now she is healthy as well as beautiful.
