Oh, this is a great question! I know that the thin, more acidic vinegars are not problematic, but I am wondering about the sweeter ones like the ones from California Balsamic that have about 7 to 8 grams of naturally occurring sugar. Is that okay for our arterial health, for the endothelial lining, also could consuming it lead to a fatty liver?
