It all depends on the ratio of water to oats. The recommended ratio of water to rolled oats is a minimum of 2/1 (2 cups water to 1 cup rolled oats). Some use more. if your oats are a 1:1 ratio, as many overnight oats are, then the issue is that the oats will be much higher in calorie density. Sill acceptable but you raised the calorie density
