Can I just ask if you can eat the McDougall Right soups and rice's on the MWLP?

You'll have to read the label and check the ingredients. Some you can, most not. All of those with noodles, tortilla chips, dried fruit, etc. are off limits.

Remember that these are not everyday foods because of the sodium content. They're great to have on hand for those times when there's nothing else available, such as forgetting to bring a better lunch to work (keep some in your desk or locker) or stuck inside and can't shop because of a blizzard.

Back when I used to do MWL, I would make up either the black bean or split pea cups and dump them over a nuked potato. By the time the potato was done microwaving, the soup would be recondensed. Made for a nice lunch. And half a seasoning pack is plenty.
