I'm sorry I didn't post last week. -0 for 3/14/14. I was out of town.

Lost 2 lbs this past week.

I'm in the middle of buying a house and really trying to not let the stress pull me into emotional eating!!!

I am up by 1/2 pound so now 115.5. I am so disappointed because I was 114 last Saturday and 112.5 on Thursday. I guess I am holding water since I have been exercising a lot. Oh, well! I will keep going!

This seems like such a nice group. Can anyone join this group? I really need the incentive. I've been stumbling terribly since I started back (yet again!) on the MWL.

Here is my one day late weigh in for the week.
Last week I was at 115.5, and this week 115.0.
So down .5 for the week. Need to figure out how to lose more and faster as I
have only lost a couple pounds since beginning MWLP in January.

Howdy folks:

I am not posting with you though I am still doing MWL, but it's in conjunction with an elimination diet. Turns out the foods I am intolerant of also cause lots of water retention for me. So I am not posting here as I can go up like 5 pounds in a few days. It does come off though but not in time for weigh ins.

I can cope with this but I am in mourning over the fact that one of those foods is broccoli - that is going to be a real big loss for me :crybaby: :crybaby: but likely in a good way (weigh) too :lol:

Good luck all I am still watching the progress here and it all looks good. Even the gains this week were tiny!

I finally lost some weight again. I am now 113.5. That's a 2 lb loss for this week! Yeah!

Sorry to say, I gained .4 lbs. But I am going to stick with this group! I find it good to know I'm accountable. I hope everyone else has had a great week--congrats to everyone who lost!

Well I've finally done it! I lost another 1.4 down to 179.0 lbs. So after basking for a bit with my ticker showing I'm below my goal weight, I'll change the goal down to 160 as my final goal. Actually the loss this week wasn't from being especially diligent but from having a tooth break and having it removed. So I've had to eat soup and other soft stuff and that's brought my weight down. So my total loss from my high of 280 when we started actually but slowly introducing the McDougall plan into our household is now 101 pounds. Looking at my trend the past few years I started out about 200, got down to 187, drifted up to 197 and the past year or so have dropped about 18 pounds. I give a lot of credit to this group for letting me lose pretty steadily recently.
