Hello again everyone!!! Its March. Let's not drop off from the goals we made in the beginning of the year. Find something to help keep the motivation alive. Maybe it's an older picture, maybe you are larger or sicker or maybe you are healthier and thinner. I have some of each. Maybe you have reduced some medications...keep a log of how much money you save by not having to buy them any longer. Maybe it's the space in your medicine cabinet.
