No loss, no gain this week. Changed my starch from potatoes to rice and had some stir fries with soy sauce. Wasn't such a good idea I guess. Maybe too much salt ? Have gone back to potatoes again and think I will be ok.

Weight is 181.6 down 1.4 from 183.0. Getting really close to my preliminary goal of 180.0 Once I reach that, which will be down 100 lb from my peak of 280 I'll reset to my desired final weight which will probably be 160. If I'm doing well next Wednesday I'll probably fast part or all of a day to get down under 180.0
I'm just here for the food.

No weight lost this week, but none gained either :). Scale reads the same as last week for pounds, but the fat ratio is reading one percent lighter than last week. Bless!

My belt notch came down one hole, so I thought it would be a good week, but, alas, I remained the same:

14MAR2014 221 ( 0)

Congrats to all who met their goals.

Just getting started. Why wait until April, right?

Week 2: 141.6 (started at week 2)
Week 3: 140.2 (-1.4)

I'll take it. It's hard getting used to not being able to lose 2-3 pounds a week like I did when I was younger, but oh, well...as the previous poster says 'better than going up'.

I'm finding that I still need to count my calories to keep myself honest. I think even eating McD-way, I would still have a tendency to go overboard if I didn't closely monitor my intake. At least for now.

3/7 2 212.6 -0.2
3/14 208.6 -4.0
3/21 209.2 +0.6

Small gain but after last week's loss, not unexpected.

Up .4 pounds. Oh well, considering we celebrated my husband's birthday last weekend (wonderful, non-MWL carrot cake!), I'm not surprised. Back in the MWL saddle again!

3/21...172 lbs no change (but I am just buckling down again after a bit of excessive eating; frankly, I'm surprised I was able to maintain at 172...guess that's a good thing)

GOAL: Drop at least two pounds for next week's weigh-in.

I marking it as down 1 for me this week:

21MAR2914 220 (-1)

I was down 2 yesterday, but I didn't want to give up that second pound for the Friday weigh-in, I guess.

Congrats to all who met their goals.
